About the Event
A Workshop teaching the Alexander Technique; a widely used by all performing arts. This technique focuses on the basic functioning of the body, to give a better understanding of breath and movement when singing or acting on stage. Mr. Tyler will be discussing posture, breathing and movement to build healthy practices in performers.
